Introduction to Sound Healing

In this experiential workshop you will discover....

• how sound vibration affects the body
• how sound can attribute to stress
• how to use sound to create a sense of well-being and calm
• how to access deeper levels of consciousness using sound

A variety of sound healing techniques will be discussed and you'll experience the power of sacred sound through the different modalities of sound healing including rhythm, use of the voice (toning), as well as the ancient frequencies of the Solfeggio Tuning Forks.

The frequencies of these tuning forks come from an ancient tuning system used long before our current tuning system was developed. The tones were sung in ancient hymns and chants and were believed to enhance the spiritual experience of the participants. Through a special technique that Becky uses (called Energy Vitality Technique), these frequencies help to release blocked, unused energy in the body and keeps the energy moving freely throughout the chakra system, giving the client more energy and vitality.  

The workshop will conclude with a group meditation using the Solfeggio Tuning Forks.
