20-Minutes to a Miracle Quick Start Session

Most of the time whatever "impossible situation" we find ourselves in is only that way because we've chosen to SEE it that way. In other words, our thoughts (the cause) create our experience (the effect). When we allow ourselves to think or look "outside the box" - outside of our "normal" way of seeing things - we gain a different perspective and open the door for a miracle - a shift in our perception.
The key to the miracle is willingness - a willingness to let go of judgement, fear, worry, or doubt. A willingness to allow your own Higher Wisdom to give you a new perspective.
It also requires letting go of "ego-mind" - sometimes referred to as "mind-chatter." It's that part of the mind that is preoccupied with an endless stream of distractions, conflicts, judgements, gripping thoughts of fear, worry, and doubt.
You see, when you get to the bottom of it, there are really only two "flavors" of emotions - fear and love. Ego-mind is based in fear. And it's only power is the power YOU give it.
"Learn to be quiet in the midst of turmoil, for quietness is the end of strife."
Fear is not based in Truth. When you look it square in the eye, it disolves.
Love, on the otherhand, IS Truth. It is based in the Source of All That Is, God, Universe, Higher Self, Holy Spirit.... whatever your term for the Life-Force Energy that is in us and all around us. And that is where the Shift in Perception comes from.
