Quantum physics has shown us that everything is energy... the car we drive, the house we live in, the chair, the desk, the computer... even our words, thoughts, and emotions.
Life experiences are stored in the body as energy patterns. Negative experiences, thoughts and emotions, as well as stress, can cause blocks that interrupt the free flow of energy in our lives. In addition, many people are living at the survival level, using just enough energy to get through the day.
Using tuning forks tuned to sacred Solfeggio sound frequencies in an Vibrational Healing Session unclogs the energy blocks, as well as frees up the stored, unused energy, releases it, and makes it available for us to use. When energy flows freely, new choices in our lives are awakened and we have new-found energy from within to make the changes we want and/or need to make.
Sound is also a powerful way to assist people in accesssing deeper levels of consciousness. The sound from the Solfeggio tuning forks assist the body's energy channels to stay open and keeps the life force (Chi) flowing freely throughout the body.
What happens in a Session?
Sessions are held in my home office. Regular sessions are 45 minutes. Deluxe sessions, which incorporate the body tuners, are 75 minutes. (Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.)
After an initial check-in, you will lie down, fully-clothed, on a masage table. As you breath deeply and relax, we'll begin with an affirmation and use a special tuning fork called an "OM" tuner to take away the stresses of the day.
Then we begin using the sacred Solfeggio frequencies in a technique designed to open the body's energy centers and raise your energy level from survival to optimum vitality.
In addition, as I work with the Tuning Forks, I charge them with Reiki energy for an even deeper level of energy healing.
